News from Planado team
There has been a useful update for administrators—a new form of jobs uploading.
We have added an opportunity to upload jobs with clients and objects; and to exclude a job from being duplicated. To do that, one has to specify an external ID.
For example, one of Planado's clients had to create 3000 jobs for a fast food joint audit project. These jobs were of the same type, but there was a difference in addresses. Manual entry of each of the job would have been too time-consuming, so a file for the upload was prepared. All the addresses there were substituted with the ones from the client database.

In case you need to add jobs from another application or you need to add a job using a more complex algorithm, it is recommended that you use the API instead of the job upload form.
